My model's skeleton appears fine in blender, but appears triple the size on model viewer,this causes the bones to not work properly and ruins my model, is this QC related? is there a way i can fix this?
I ran into a problem like this once, only it had far scarier results, some kinda limb monster. Especially when it's animations were applied. I had a picture, but I lost it with my old HDD.

No, I wound up having to export an incredibly small model, then rescale it in the software. I was making it for SFM, so it wasn't a total loss. As for use in game, no I don't have any insight on how to fix that.
