Updated the Required DLL Mod to Work with the Latest Version of Sonic Mania
I haven't touched this in far too long, but I'm looking to see what I can do with this mod, I've been talking with campbellsonic about a potential merge with his Mystic Cave Zone Mod and I may just release this as is in it's unfinished state due to mania modding not evolving as I was initially hoping it would, I simply unable to reach my original goal and simply lack the interest to sit and do nothing while I wait for something to change about mania modding. I'm unsure atm on the fate of this mod, but I have not forgotten about it. Let me know if you would still like to see another play through of this for the heck of it and I will look into that.

Stage Design is Constantly Being Looked at and is going smoothly, Act 1 feels 50-60% complete.

Reduced the Height of the Zone Closer to the original size of the remastered edition
Reimplemented the Random Tails Monitor in the Proto Palace Section
Collision has been ported directly from Sonic 2 (2013) (All thanks to Rubberduckycooly, who is now indirectly invloved with this project)
All LHPZ Stages are now seperated from the main game and must be played via the Debug Menu (for now)
