Ads keep us online. Without them, we wouldn't exist. We don't have
paywalls or sell mods - we never will. But every month we have large bills
and running ads is our only way to cover them. Please consider unblocking us. Thank you from GameBanana <3
I found this to be quite useful so i uploaded this here incase someone else needs something like this.
When you want to temporarily make the lightmaps big so the map compiles faster, but if you have carefully chosen the lightmap grids of many things already, and if you straight on select the whole map and override all your lightmaps to 1024 or something, you'll even out all lightmaps to have the same scale and effectively resetting your work.
With this you can just multiply all values, which preserves relative scale (see images above ^) Then when you scale them back down, they will be the the same as they were before
its a console application, but just drag and drop the vmf, and write by how much you want to scale the lightmaps. Specific instructions are in the program itself :)
