Than your browser ask you to open steam so it can downgrade Sonic mania plus to an older version of Sonic mania plus that is compatible with the modloader.

Do you want people to backport their mods, if so that might be hard as they bought plus, I dont think they want to uninstall plus and lose all their saves, besides The plus modloader works pretty well, If you are having problems with plus modloader try reinstalling the game.
