Map missing texture when it is in a vpk file.

Question

I made a map, and I tried to put in a .vpk file. The problem is that when I put the vpk file from my map in the game, it has missing textures. I implemented custom models and materials, but those show up just fine and those textures that are already in the game, just go missing. Anybody know what could be the problem?

Due to some engine bug, BSP files don't load correctly when placed in VPKs in most games except JB3.
