Effects question. How to change the bouncing effec

Question

I would like to change the popping effect that appears when an attack is hit, for example, if it is Ike, should I change the effect inside Ike? For example, if it is Ike, should I change the effect in Ike or a different effect file?

The green effect is not part of Ike's effects. It is part of a common effect file, ef_common.eff, which is located in effect/system/common.It is one of the damage effects that shares to everyone.
