Inkling extra slots still don't work? - A Question for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

inkling can have 4 additional slots but you gotta edit fighter\common\param\effect.prc and duplicate the branches under ink_effect_color and ink_arrow_color to match your slot count, so if you have 10 inkling slots your last branch would be 9

the ink tank on the character portrait will be purple unless you edit that as well, but in my experience it's too tedious especially if you plan on rotating skins in and out, so i can't really recommend editing it. also ink on stages from the roller will appear as orange but again, it's inconsequential

I've been able to add a C08 slot but nothing beyond that for Inkling. The only characters I'm having trouble adding extra slots to are Samus (corrupts the textures on her C00-C07), Dark Samus beyond C12, R.O.B. crashes for me if I attempt anything on C08+ and Kirby needs every other character to have the same number of slots if I read correctly?

For Inkling I personally downloaded the witch skin. I use Smash Ultimate Mod Helper to add/modify slots. I just made sure to use the base slot the mod originally used and it worked flawlessly.
