Where would I access my data.arc file on Arc 3.14?

Question

Yet again another question about making my mod, but this time I have no clue where the data.arc file is. I think I remember hearing something about it being removed or something idk. Literally looked through every directory related to smash ultimate and still don't know where it can be. EDIT: I just used my brain and used the search option on the file explorer app like a fucking normal individual and now found out I don't have a data.arc. Bruh.

Yea. You need to dump data.arc using NXDumpTool (extract romfs)
