MDLDecompiler is outdated. A better tool to use it Crowbar, as it doesn't need to be in any specific location. Just Google 'Crowbar decompiler' and click on the steam group for it.

Why do you use MDLDecompiler (which is really outdated) if you can get a much better decompiler with ease (Crowbar)?

Like Arman and Dr. Underscore already stated, use Crowbar instead. MDLDecompiler, though still functional, is heavily outdated and requires a few workarounds in order to function properly.
Not as serious as you'd think.

Well i tried to use crowbar decompiler but the .qc file wasn't written as the same quality as MDLDecompiler

plus .. in that tutorial about Porting CSS weapons to CS he used MDLD but i tried to do the same using crowbar but i got shitty quality .qc file (not the same information revealed as the MDLD in .qc)

so if someone re-created that tutorial using crowbar it could help me alot since i got it and it's easy-to-use :)

Get the newer version, the one your'e probably using adds $definebone lines by default, you can switch this off in the newer version, so you can get a much cleaner .qc to work with. As for the "shitty quality .qc that doesn't reveal much" thing, Crowbar only writes a .qc with commands relevant to the model you decompile, MdlDec adds a bunch of blanket commands that usually just clutter the file, doing nothing useful.
