Uncrusted HL2 Building Models

Finished a building of row_corner_1 and fixed some UV errors
I've almost finished the UV wrap for the first model, row_corner_1. The only problem is that the buildings require borders that are accurate. It turns out that they use textures that were cut and never seen. I'm having someone help me remake those textures to stay close to the original models.
I hate the crust on bread- I mean uh buildings.
CONTEXT Fixing the dumbass composite buildings in HL2. They're extremely old and crusty, with their low poly textures just not doing any good.
I intend on replacing the textures of these models with actual textures from the base game, instead of a single texture sheet. UV wraps will be redone as well so as to ensure the materials won't be fuuucked over in the long run, as well as to ensure higher quality.
In a hypothesis, this'll also make it compatible with reskins, since it'll be taking from the materials, so do anticipate that.
This is very exciting, because I don't think many people thought of the building being modified since it was a background prop, but as you know people like me for instance very much want a better looking texture, so I congratulate and thank you very much for making this! I'm excited to try it out if and when it gets finished, thanks man!
