I took the liberty to carry this for half life 1 it almost complete the problem is 2, the (hgun) and the (tripmine) but it will take time to repair them otherwise if the tripmine does not work it wil not be included

i will try add more details for the weapons how the fullbright and too chrome for more realism maybe i can make in 1024x1024 but thats damage the half-life original.

    the tripmine is a bodygroup
    decompile the half-life tripmine model and try and replicate how that works

    I've got (maybe decent numbers of?) questions/suggestions for the tripmine:
    • Which tripmine model did you use? The V_? or the W_? (As in Source Engine)
    • Is the tripmine joint animation positioned like the original tripmine for the placed and the world sequences? If so, move the arms' root joint 9000x away on all axis. I'd rather not recommend using bodygroups to remov (personally)
    • Had you ever properly make the chrome details resemble the original ones? I could see that your port does not have some areas do not closely resemble the 1998 version

    This is how I like textures to look in GoldSrc - that's a very old model from 2005. It has great shading on the texture to give it that metallic feel rather than look like flat.

    Another example with a modern touch - https://gamebanana.com/skins/126050. That model is also a port.
