An enhancement of the weapons from L4DS along with a resource pack of the v_models, scripts, and VGUI (For anyone wishing to make SWEPs or replacements). Unlike HL2 Survivors and CSO assets, I've only seen a few of these ported to the L4D2 workshop and practically no where else, which is why I'm including said resource pack to help make these assets more available along with enhanced world meshes.
Features: - Fixed World meshes - Improved physics files - Weight painted and compiled for HL2 NPC usage - Bodygroups and texture groups (including textures from TLS update) - Separate resource pack provided as is - Makarov and SMG Compact now have proper world meshes instead of placeholders - Fixed $phongfresnelangles (Was [10 10 30] to the default [0 0.5 1])
Yes I am aware that with some weapons the NPC's left hand may not grasp it correctly or even make contact at all but the goal itself is to get the trigger grip lined up as much as possible for the right hand. If anyone has any ideas for the left hand, feel free to let me know.
