Improved flaregun and flamethrower 29d
  • Adjustment Made the flaregun move to the side when reloading
  • Adjustment Made the flaregun fire more "powerful"ish, by giving it a faster kick to the side
  • Adjustment Made the flamethrower draw smoother and bouncier
  • Addition Added download link
"I think the deploying animation and firing animations are good. But I think when it reloads you should turn it to the side and show the charge being loaded, Instead of it being in the same spot when it reloads" ~@SidLal2 on twitter
Started work on flamethrower 29d Addition
I had to trash the old one since new PC and I lost all the files, plus it was a mess. But now I feel like making it again so here it is. Starting from the flare gun. Feedback will be appreciated!

    Could you make the flamethrower less centered, and could you also display the animations in minimized viewmodels? most custom fp anims have FOV issues when shown in minimized viewmodels.

    The air blast animation could have a little more power, and you can reduce the bouncing at the end of the draw animation. Overall, they look promising

    Everything looks great, though the flare gun feels a bit too close and the detonator basically makes it so i cant see anything on the right of my screen, my view model fov is at max so as much as it is great it does feel like pyro is holding the gun too close to his face and the flamethrower doesnt appear to have this problem.
    Also, not necessary but would be nice because i use the man Melter a lot to have the rework on that, but its just effort for something not many people use, still, would be nice.
