I suggest editing scout's skin on hands and his bandages to be more smooth and to fit his head. Bandages also seem to have a bit wrong uv and his fingers are white close to them. Also you can probably make the bandages more viewmodel-ish.
Instead of lowering $PhongFresnelRanges and $RimLights you should completely remove Fresnel Ranges as it doesn't make sense for clothes to have a plastic feel and increase it on the Metal/Plastic and Rubbery parts of the models.
