    So, now I try to give you some hints how to improve your map. In my opinion, it still needs a lot of work. I know that you're just a beginner of mapping and so I don't suspect a super-perfect map. But I also know that you can do better than this, especially when you try and practise and when you pay to attention to the advices me and others give you.

    First, lets start if your overall map layout:



    I really couldn't see any well-thought layout. What's the point of these rings around the town and these huge open spaces? They don't really look good and don't even make sense for the gameplay. I think the most gameplay would take place between the houses of the town.
    So my suggestion:
    Remove everything around the house to keep the gameplay concentrate on that main place.
    If you really want some space around try to build more of realistic nature, desert, whatever.



    At this house something important is missing: it has no roof. Build a triangular structure on top of it, give it a roof texture and the overall house would look much better.
    Also at the right corner there is an unnecessary hole in the wall which should be closed.



    The road lies above the ground like a platform, as if someone just threw it there. Build it plain to the other ground would look much better.



    The ceiling has a wall-texture here. Change the texture to a more appropriate one.



    Same issue as above. Also the texture of this inner wall shouldn't have windows.
    Whats the point of the space between those inner doors? If this is supposed to be a openend door at least build a block at the upper part near the ceiling. No door really reaches up the ceiling, so there should be a bit of wall above it.



    Those barrels are ok, but you overused them in the map. Try to use more varied obstacles.



    The door texture at this building isn't well aligned. There shouldn't be this upper part of the texture. Instead, build a piece of wall here so that the door isn't at the same size as the wall.
    Also this building needs a roof. And you shouldn't be able to see the side of the inner ceiling, which really doesn't look good.

    So these were my two cents for now.
    I hope you keep them in your mind to improve your map. Keep going and make new screenshots in this W.I.P. if you advanced. I try to give you more feedback then.

    Look so fullbright, play with light_enviroment, add shadows... idk play with different options
