Update: V3 is now out! Also finally decided to update the WIP page as well. The previous info was outdated.
The idea behind this was being
disappointed in all the Beta MP7 mods in terms of new skins. V2 had
clean and dirty skins but people complained that they couldn't see the
difference (which I don't blame them for since even though the
difference was there in the sheets, seeing them in game was a different
story). My solution was to just get rid of them, instead I created new
"Retail" and "Leak" skins along with the brand new HD skin.

Down below you'll find a "backup" of V2, This is just incase if anyone would prefer V2's skins ( I doubt it but why not since V3's skins are totally different) But keep in mind that the backup is pretty much a direct copy and paste of V2. Meaning it won't have the model fixes that V3 and any future versions would have.
Smoothing errors based on that light reflection. If you use blender, be sure you mark "Preserve face normals" or whatever it says when you import .smd's otherwise it will assume rounded faces. Not sure if you started with the retail SMG1, the Beta SMG1, or a custom model and modified it though. Good job making it look like the actual MP7 though, though I personally think the weaver rails should have stayed black. I also note the lack of a trigger on the w_model. A simple mesh extrusion would suffice.
I'd also recommend extending the barrel out just a bit so it clears the hands when in a NPC's hand. As far as I know, none of the citizens in HL2 are named Ivan.
