![Description](https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/251256/GameBanana/headlines/description.png) Haven't done much modelling in the last couple of months for various reasons (being busy, being busy playing GTAV, and so on). Yesterday I decided to take a new short and simple project for fun. Been wanting to model Harley's baseball bat since I saw it in the latest batman game (Batman Arkham Origins?). It looked like an interesting and less boring design for a bat. But after watching the Suicide Squad version of it a couple of days ago in the trailer for the movie, I couldn't resist. Now, the only problem is the lack of close or clear references, so I haven't been able to see the actual text on the movie prop. I'll probably just fill it with random quotes from Harley, trying to make it fit and be positioned in a similar way... It will end up in L4D2 as usual, where I want to experiment with alpha masked decals for the painted areas, and see if that way I can keep the specular colors in the game (which doesn't support phong albedo tint / specular color). You might be right about the paint, It's just difficult to see in the pics, but yeah I still think it's worth doing, I just maybe need to dial it down a bit, paint colors in general are not final yet.
