HK 33

Gun mesh is based on BlindShooter`s HK 33: http://gamebanana.com/models/114 Only 5% of the mesh belongs to BlindShooter`s mesh, but that 5% was heavily edited too. Other 95% was completely made by me. Update: Check out completely new gun! 95% of the mesh is made by me now, but thanks to BlindShooter for basic mesh anyway!

    It will be better if you slightly shorten the barrel, lower the upper part of the stock and add rear sight. (9.6/10 in this state)

    Okay, this is more clearly than your previous post, Ill try to make another screenshots. :)
    Gun will be placed into L4D2. Im trying to make most of the details as normals to keep polycount as low as possible without serious damage to visual look. On screeshots most of details is in polys for creating good normals.

    The problem is kinda the same as with the SL8, you have very dark textures on a black background. Without any highlights or a different background ican't make out a lot of the model/texture itself because I don't really see things. Is it for a current gen, or older game? Fixed texture lighting or use of sepcular/normal/gloss maps?

    I dont know what you mean by phrase "too dark". With more light it will look very bad and non-realistic I think. Strange "weird shading" is because my hardware can`t handle maximal quality settings, and nobody wants to help me with textures.
