UPDATE: GET HYPED, BITCHES. UPDATE: New screenshots! Been meaning to share these for a while. Got a bunch of those 3rd person animations done. Hello, and this is The Two Hand Cannon V2! EDIT: all in-game screenshots were taken at 70 FoV So far, V2 is looking to be an Improvement is every way. First off this version has a new model. I've changed everything about the old model that ever bugged me. The heat shield on V1 always struck me as being awkwardly built into the barrel of the weapon, a bit ugly looking. Not this time. This time it has a proper heat shield FITTED onto it. I've also changed the foregrip. After I finished V1 it didn't take me long to realize how fugly the forgrip was. It was too skinny and poorly made. Sometimes I still gringe a little bit when I see it. In V2 the foregrip is much more well modeled and textured, and not just a stretched cylinder with a turbo-smoothed box. Lastly, In V1, It always urked me a little bit how the barrel and the tube on the botom with connect by a little box. In V2 it's connected with a little strip of metal screwed onto it. I think it looks nice. the shotgun shells have also been remodeled and retextured. The textures have also been improved. This time around I'm going for a cleaner, more factory fresh look with SOME wearing. The foregrip's texture was another issue I addressed here too. In V1 the forgrip's texture was poorly textured and poorly mapped. This time I made the foregrip it's own model with it's own texture map with very satisfying results. Aside from the artistic improvements, I've also given this weapon Botkiller AND Festive support, both of which required new models and textures. Check out the screenshots for yourself! All I have to do now is make a BLU team texture for the festive scattergun, and.....*gulp* 3rd person animations ;_;. That's right I plan on giving this weapon 3rd person animations, including a new taunt. it will take an excruciatingly long amount of time... But it shall be done! It's meant as an improvement to V1 in almost every way. The only thing I don't really plan on changing is the 1st person animations

    I hope you do the animations too. They were VERY awkward, even more so than the grip and square that connected the tube and the barrel. I mean, when pumping it, it looks like scout puts his elbow right through his abdomen. Plus it wouldn't be very comfortable having your wrist at that angle assuming you had no abdomen and you were just pumping it with your elbow in thin air. Oh, and a slanted grip like that is very painful to pump in the first place. I know this from experience. Would I suggest, if you had the time and wished to, to switch it out to perhaps a normal shotgun pump with a straight foregrip attacked to the bottom, or even the side, trough adhesive tape?
