Ads keep us online. Without them, we wouldn't exist. We don't have paywalls or sell mods - we never will. But every month we have large bills and running ads is our only way to cover them. Please consider unblocking us. Thank you from GameBanana <3

Jams - A Wiki.

These are the guidelines to follow when making a jam.

1. Purpose

Jams is a section to host ModJams. ModJams are community hosted and funded events where users can participate and make mods to try win prizes.

2. Prizes

The minimum cost to start a Jam is 1000 points. Those points are put into the prizepool. Other users can contribute to the prizepool.

2.1. Additional Rewards

It is possible to offer additional rewards beyond GameBanana points. These rewards are entirely up to the Jam creator, but they need to be realistic, transferable and they must be honored when and if the Jam is completed. For more details please check the Additional Request Rewards Wiki.

3. Requirements

The requirements of the Jam must be explained in detail. They should list what the rules of the Jam are and what the entrants will be judged on.

4. Judging

Judging of the Jam is at full discretion of the Jam submitter. The prizes must be awarded to one or more of the entrants of the Jam once the deadline expires.

5. Deadline

The deadline of the Jam is set by the Jam submitter. It can be as short as 24 hours or up to several months.

6. Non-Compliance

Non-compliance with any of the above clauses, unless otherwise noted, will result in your submission being withheld or deleted at the administrator's discretion.

If you are having trouble understanding any of these rules, please contact a moderator or administrator before submitting. To view a list of moderators and administrators, head over to this page.
