So, you got a dff and a txd file from internet, and you can't install that ****** car (or something else)
and you running trough your house to calm yourself (that happened with me) ? No more!
Download anything that can mod the img file. Example:
Txd workshop 3.4 beta - free on filefront- Best
Img tool: Gta garage, filefront etc- good
DownLoad the model (car, weapon, doesn't mater)
open the img tool... load gta3.img... find (example) sabre.txd and sabre.dff (look how is the file named in the downloaded folder) Rename the (example) Z.txd to (example) Z_old.txd, and then add the new Z.txd to prevent your game reinstalled

First of all, the idea of making this tutorial is great, because some n00bs don't know how to install these skins and then they do a thread example called: "HELP!" And they say "Help me!!! Tell meh how 2 intsall skins 2 tga san anrdeas! plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" And so on.
The tutorial is kind of sort but you it's easy to understand what to do. About the vehicle installation: You should have telled that it's most easiest to install vehicles with San Andreas Mod Installer. And this tutorial would be worth of 10/10
if it would be a video tutorial, and the screens are not useful. 9.3/10
