Tutorial: Infinite suit enegry and more! - A Tutorial for Crysis

Hi everyone! So, after watching reviews and all that back in the days i thought that this game is very cool and that it would be cool to play as a soldier in nanosuit that can basically made you like a in-game superman of some kind. But, when i finally had a chance to play this game i was disappointed by the fact that, the energy of your suit in game drains too fast. No matter what you do, which mode of the suit you are using, it will always drain so fast that it makes this game with it's suit mechanics almost unplayable. So, after that i went in to a google and started to search for some cheats and stuff like that and i found some trainers for this game, but none of them were working for me. But i found the solution by myself about how to make this game playable or how to cheat your way through this game and had some fun. And that solution was the very easy one. You just need to find a configuration files that each of them represents each difficulty level: Beginner, Easy, Normal and Hard and edit few lines out. And after that, you can basically have enough energy for your nanosuit in the game, or you can make infinite amount of energy and just blast your way through the game. And so today i decided to share this solution with you all, just so you could have fun too.

ATTENTION!: This method of editing configuration files was tested ONLY on original Crysis and Crysis Warhead games. YES, it works for Crysis Warhead too. Because of that i have no idea if it will work on recent remastered version of original Crysis game or not. But you can try it out anyway.

So, how to make your energy to drain less or make it infinite:
1. Go to your Crysis or Crysis Warhead/Game/Config/ folder and you should see 4 difficulty config files: diff_bauer.cfg, diff_easy.cfg, diff_normal.cfg and diff_hard.cfg.
2. Choose any one of those files, on which difficulty you will be playing and open one of those files withy any text editor like WordPad or NotePad.
3. In there you need to find these lines:

g_suitRecoilEnergyCost
g_playerSuitEnergyRechargeTime
g_suitCloakEnergyDrainAdjuster
g_suitSpeedEnergyConsumption

which you need to change to less value or, if you wanted your suit energy to be infinite then change all of those lines to 0.
4. After that you can start the game, choose the difficulty level config file of which you just edited and play.

That is how you can make energy of your nanosuit drain less or make it infinite. But, if that is not enough for you and you still wanted to have even more fun, then there is a god mode that you can turn on. But not via in-game command line, because that way it will not work for some reason.

So, how to turn ON a God Mode?
1. Open the same difficulty configuration file that you just edited with any text editor.
2. Scroll to the bottom and put this line in there: g_godmode = 1 and save the changes.

And so now you can't be killed in the game! But there is also more cheats that you can enable to have even MORE fun. You can add them in game the same way as you did with God Mode. Just open difficulty configuration file that represents the difficulty level that you are playing and in the bottom add these lines:

i_unlimitedammo = 1 - Gives you unlimited ammo
ai_ignoreplayer = 1 - Enemies will ignore you
i_noweaponlimit = 1 - You can carry unlimited amount of weapons with you

And that's it! After you done all that, you basically can play through the game and do anything. Other words: you just can have a lot of fun! So yeah, i hope that this tutorial was useful for you. Enjoy!
