Heyo! Today I'm going to show you how to open doors on collision! Enough blabbering, Let's get this over with.

Open up dnSpy, and Click File > Open and then Click on "Assembly-CSharp.dll" 

(BALDI_Data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp.dll)

Now click on "-" and find "DoorScript"

Find the "OnTriggerStay" Method.

In the Method, below
if (!this.bDoorLocked & other.CompareTag("NPC"))
        {
            this.OpenDoor();
            return;
        }
Simply add below

if (!this.bDoorLocked & other.tag == "Player")
        {
            this.OpenDoor();
            if (this.baldi.isActiveAndEnabled & this.silentOpens <= 0)
            {
                this.baldi.Hear(base.transform.position, 1f);
            }
        } 

and You're Done! You've now successfully added the Door Open on Collision feature!
