Wanted! contains a first-party bot support, and do not require external plugins to allow bots at all. While they are less sophisticated bot (they are cowbot), they do allow you to play offline in-game, as long as the map has proper bot nodes (especially for Capture The Chicken).
Add only one random bot in the server.
If it's a CTC, the bot is automatically added to the team with a smaller player pool.
Remove only one random bot in the server.
If it's a CTC, the bot is automatically remove from the team with a larger player pool. Though, oddly, it may choose to remove a bot from the smaller player pool.
3. sv_addbot #

5. sv_botskill 0-100

- Tenderfoot - Up to 30
- Normal - Up to 60
- Real Mean - Up to 90
- Tender foot, the bot will usually aim low, and rarely jumps. It also does not move around in combat. If the bot is close to normal, it will somewhat behave like a Normal bot, aim higher, and may jump.
- Normal, the bot will usually aim around the chest area, and may jump, if the bot skill is close to the real mean. It moves around in combat, run-walk-stop.
- Real Mean, the bot will always aim for the head, and will jump more frequently. In combat, the bot will usually run around, rarely it walks or take a stop.

7. sv_removeallbots 0/1
