Introduction:Yo! I'm making this Tutorial to Help Us devs team or Eu player to make their Pal Packing. I know there a LOT of content creator that can't release Pal version (or update) of their mod, so this will be useful.
I helped some peoples to pack their modpack but i'll be back to school soon and will not have time anymore for this, so I'll try to make this the most complete as i know.
If there anything i forgot (like info about other region like Fr or Sp), Please tell me, i'll make some edit to complete more the tutorial for everyone.
The best to do if you are in a team is to hire someone from Eu who have a dump and can use Sm4sh Explorer to test directly the build

Data only File:These Folder doesn't need particular treatment, it go simply on Data, same for these sub-folder:
-stage (most of them*)
Shared File:There is some file they need to be in Data and Data(eu_en) for all file you have in both folder:
-param (work nicely but i know there something wrong, so need to make some check)
Non-Shared File:Some folder are not entirely shared, we'll see in detail where go what:
(Wiifit stage have voice acting so it need to be placed in regional file)
All other stage file
-UI\UI folder is the most complicater part, so you need to be concentrate and follow, folder by folder and file by file
- So this folder we'll work in different way: "If, in S4E, the folder exist in Data(eu_en),then it go in.
If it's not the case, go in Data)"
(ex: Chara folder doesn't exist in data(eu_en)\ so it go in data\)
Do same Method again for all Replace sub folder:
... \ chr \chr_40
-Data:-these folder from Replace that not repertory in data(eu_en)
-Dummy.nut go in Data if you're asking the question (because he's not in data(eu_en) repertory too)
xname_us_en.flx -> xname_eu_en.flx
Here the list of All folder that contain mod file that need to be renamed:
[Note: if you forgot one file to rename, it will not crash, it will just display vanilla one]
After That, you can now click on "Project" then "Build" to finish the work.
If the game crash:If it's occur you need to verify these file in Both Data folder, you can see where to check in function of your crash, I made a order of priority of file to verify:
-By loading the game: Param or UI/Lumen
-By loading the character select screen: UI/Replace, UI/lumen or Param
-By loading the stage select screen: UI/Replace (/stage or /append/stage)
-By Starting a game (after selected the stage): Stage, UI/Replace (/Chr or /append/chr), UI/lumen or Ui/Info
