Before using the obb tools:
- Purchase GTA Liberty City Stories Android Version on Google Play Store
- After purchasing the game, don't open it yet
- Find main.17.com.rockstargames.gtalcs.obb on "Internal Storage/Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtalcs" and copy it to the root folder of the OBB Tools. Make sure to backup the original obb file either on your Android device or your PC
- Download the OBB Tools here
Decompiler:
- Drag main.17.com.rockstargames.gtalcs.obb to obbdec_lcs.exe
- Wait for at least 10 minutes so that the decompiler will finish decompiling the obb file
- After decompiling, the decompiled files will be in a folder named out and rename out to main.17.com.rockstargames.gtalcs
Before compiling the obb file:
- Search and download mods for GTA Liberty City Stories Mobile (mods for GTA Liberty City Stories Mobile will be publish here soon)
- After downloading the mod, make sure install the mod properly in the main.17.com.rockstargames.gtalcs folder
Compiler:
- After installing the mod into the main folder, drag the main.17.com.rockstargames.gtalcs folder to makeobb_lcs.exe
- Wait for at least 10 minutes so that the compiler will finish compiling the main.17.com.rockstargames.gtalcs folder into an obb file
- After compiling, copy the modded obb file into "Internal Storage/Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtalcs", this will overwrite the obb file. Remember to backup the original main.17.com.rockstargames.gtalcs.obb
