How to Use Offsets - A Tutorial for Sonic Boll

alright, no one ever knows how to use offsets (the thing where you
reposition the sprite in-game so that it's not in the floor, quite
useful), so listen up!

look at this.

[0,0]

this is what most boxes default to, although they'll just appear empty. (not all of them, mind you)
first number is the X axis, second number is the Y axis.
basically, the first number will move it to the right in pixels, and the second number will move it down in pixels.
so [3,3] will move it down and right 3 pixels.
in most cases however, you might want to move it up. So you use negative numbers.
[-3,-3]
now, it'll move up and left 3 pixels.

now look at the included image.

on some skins in the info.txt file, you see something labeled as "offsets"
every box here represents a box on the sheet and are arranged the same as the sheet.
for example, the boxes I circled correspond to each other.
when there's a number by itself, it's the X axis.
as you can see, he's moved to the left by 4 pixels because of his big hair.

feel free to ask any questions.
