1. Make a picture with Gimp, or what program you want to use. Or use a already made picture.

2. This step is optional. Basically this is if you want the spray to be transparent. Use the fuzzy-select or select-by-color tool and then use the eraser on the background, but make sure the background is a different color than the colors on your spray.

3. Export as a .tga file, BUT uncheck the compression option.
