Step 2: If you see down in the description "Show more", you see the download.
Step 3: Download the Pack (if you not see the download link click here). Then search on your computer %appdata%. If you see the Folder called ".minecraft" click on that. Then if you scroll down you see a folder called "resourcepacks". If you not see the folder, create a new Folder called "resourcepacks". And when you are done with creating/are in the folder.
Step 4: Drag the resource pack into "resourcepacks" folder.
Step 5: Launch Minecraft. Click on Options and select Resource Packs button. Then you probably have the Pack in the Resource Packs :)
