Short text overview: – Run OpenIV and select GTA V for Windows – Find the audio file you want to edit – Export file to openFormats You can see and change track properties in .OAC file The .WAV files are in subfolder – Replace .WAV files – Switch to "Edit mode" – Import .OAC file into OpenIV You can just drag and drop file to OpenIV Or you can use “New” - “Import openFormats” menu – Check the result
