A missing .dll file? DirectX not installed problem? Fix it very easy!

I think almost everyone wanted to have better graphics in their GTA games. Most of you (probably) already know how to add new graphics to San Andreas. But, sometimes a problem comes and you don't know how to fix it. The problem that mostly appears when installing ENB Series (graphic mods) on GTA San Andreas is a missing .dll file. Example: You have downloaded a ENB Series mod that looks really cool but when you install it in the directory of your game and launch it a pop-up box appears saying: "**ERROR: d3dx9_49.dll/any other file.dll is missing from your PC. Try to re-install the program to fix the problem.**". You click OK, and then another pop-up box appears telling you that you must have (at least) DirectX 9.0c on your PC, but you already have installed DirectX 9.0c on your PC. To fix such problems, you have to do the following: 1. Before you download and install your ENB Series mod, check your System Specs to see if your PC is strong enough "to run those graphics". 2. After you install the mod and a pop-up box appears telling you that you have missing .dll files, then you need to download that file from the internet (it's best that you search for the file on DLL-Files.com). **NOTE: After you download the missing file from internet, you don't need to put it in your system32 folder (you can but you don't need) because you can move it to your GTA San Andreas directory.** 3. Now, you need to re-launch the game. The pop-up box may appear again, but this time it'll ask for a different .dll file than previously. 4. After you opened the game, the graphics may not appear because you need to activate them (mostly with RSHIFT+F12).
