This is a simple guide to help line up your textures without manually adjusting X and Y coordinates. This will help you line up textures on many different brushes easily.
Let's start with two simple brushes that meet in a corner.
As you can see, on the two inner faces the texture isn't lined up. So, to line them up simply click on the face on the left brush, and hold alt while right clicking on the brush adjacent to the left brush.
Voila! Your brushes are now perfectly aligned. This can come in handy when you have many different brushes and angles of faces. For example's sake:
You click on the highlighted brush in the image, and follow the same steps listed above to get the following result:
