There are many features which can be chosen and with some features you can get awesome results. Most features are optional and you simply can turn them off, creating a fresh baby Egg is also an option.
With this tool you will create random .chao file which can be imported using either Fusion Chao Editor by Fusion Or Chao Importer/Exporter by me

Maybe for the name randomizer you could use a list of the default names (https://chao-island.com/info-center/kindergarten/fortune-telling-house) or have a text file people can put their own custom names in for it to chose from.
