Command line tool to convert .prc / .stprm / .stdat files to and from XML format. To support cross-platform compatibility the program is compiled in .NET Core 2.1, which is available for download from Microsoft (link in "Requirements"). To run requires only the runtime version. If you add dotnet to your computer's PATH Environment Variable (numerous explanations are available online) then you can run the program with command line parameters in the format:
dotnet ParamXML.dll [args]Valid args can be printed by using "-h".
Graphical user interface coded through WPF for editing params in a tree format. As a WPF program, this is restricted to Windows computers, yet so it does not require downloading a runtime in order to use. Note that extremely large param files can cause the program to run slowly, and in this format there is not as much flexibility for manipulating the structure of the file, although that is almost never necessary.
A label file supported by each program is available on Github (link in "Requirements"). To add the labels to ParamXML, add the args "-l ParamLabels.csv" to the command. Note than when recompiling a labeled file you also need to pass this arg. This is to support custom labels. To add the labels to prcEditor, simply copy the label file into the same directory of the application.
