ReShade REQUIRES that you've at least Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 installed - you'll not be able to use it otherwise due to its requirement for DXGI1.2.
Due to the compression technique used the above images may have lost some of their color space - I've tried fixing this but there's only so much I can do.

Let me set the scene for you. You've played the game since release, seen everything there's to see and now you're getting bored of the same old sights, visuals and sounds. I can't assist you in 2 of those. But I'd be happy to give you something that at least improves the visuals.

The ReShade Framework has existed for a long time. Long before its creation Boris Vorontosov's ENB-series rose to power - giving new life to games of all eras. But it can only get you so far. Here's where ReShade's advanced post-processing comes into play. ReShade offers a simple tool which the community can expand upon with shaders of their own.

InfiniteFX uses state of the art post-processing techniques to give you the best visuals that I am capable of providing you with. With its simple installation ReShade could spring new life into a game that's since long been dying, and here's hope that this will do just that.

It's important that you run the game in DX9 mode. ReShade doesn't support DX8 or lower. And just like any other post-processing technique this WILL decrease your framerate - keep that in mind if you install it.

i want to ask, can VAC detect if i play with my listen server lan only? or i have to turn off the VAC in my server?

Hey yo, i followed instalation guide to a step, but after everything hes been done, i couldn't start the game up, please tell me how to fix it, was it the wrong bin folder? or it just takes a long while to load up? i dont know... anyways thanks :)
