How do i save photoshop work under a JPG or bitmap file?

Ok I currently only have a crappy Photoshop 4.0 LE and i can only save work as a PSD folder. Now fpsb sprays can only be JPG Bitmap and the others(not including PSD). I was wondering if anybody can tell me how i can save my work there without it being a PS file. Another thing, if you can give me a link to downloading a better photoshop i would be happy. Many Thanks. P.S. If you give me some attchments please can you tell me how to use or get them to work.

Well, considering it is a LE, I doubt you can. You can try using PrtScn, and then paste it in MSPaint, then crop it out. but that is about all I can say.

You either need to get the updated Photoshop CS2, or find some other Adobe product that will open PSD's and save them as other file types. Or use another graphics program, like gimp or paint.net (I think that's what it's called)

You could use print screen, to copy everything on your screen at the moment, and then paste it into ms paint, and then cut everything else off. Seriously, why don't you just do that? You don't need to download anything...

Yes, I didn't like it because of its interface, but it is good software if you dont have Photoshop.

Either do what Leprechaun has suggested or download Gimp. It's basically a harder version of Photoshop with all the same features (and more). It takes a it of getting use to and I swapped to photoshop CS2 ASAP, but you might get along with it. Or you could ask someone who can save as .Jpg's to save it for you (send them the .PSD).
