Vvis problem

Vvis won't run

vvis.exe never runs. Maps will compile fine with just vbsp and vrad but if vvis is turned on the compile ends there. I'll end the steam.exe process in task manager, then restart steam and go straight from srcsdk-->hammer-->(any map)-->Run Map and it will fail. Even if I restart the whole comp. D:

    It might not be running because you have a leak in your map.

    If you don't know what leaks are yet, I suggest taking a look at this. What's troubling me more, though, is that error around Steamstartup near the bottom... Never seen that one before.

    Yeah steam is run. I read that link about leaks... Had never heard of them before. Anyway, it turns out there was one, and I fixed it and vvis would run fine thereafter. Thanks for the help!!
