Ok so i'm pretty god at UVW Mapping now, but their is till something that dosn't work i UV map everything correctly. but, for example, say i UV map a Cylandar. well when i do that and then texport it, the bottom is just "black". maybe thats because it's flipped or something, but it's just black and this happens ALOT with my models. and i mean i can export it and kinda guess where it is and skin it and then it works, but why does it do that?

    It means that you've UV'ed the faces wrong. You should check a lot in Texporter while mapping to ensure that you don't have backwards-maps.

    Well how do i fix the backwards maps?

    and thats wierd tho. because i decompiled the DEFAULT GIGN model and just texported it without touching the UV maps and it still had that problem in some places!

    The triangles that are pointing towards each other means that it flips it left to right. The arrows pointing down/above means to flip it vertically.

    The player model UV map errors are ok. Developers have left those black faces from the model. You don't see them ingame.
