    NO. There isn't.

    cl_crosshaircolor * is the only way.
    (Where * is a number between 0 & 3)

    You can only have Green, Blue, Yellow and Red.

    Another thing to try is:

    cl_crosshairusealpha 1
    (Uses the default alpha value in CSS)

    Then to change the density, or opacity of your crosshair:
    cl_crosshairalpha 0-999
    (999 being the most opaque crosshair available)

    *EDIT* Oh and also, cl_crosshairscale 0-5000, Increases or decreases the size of your crosshair, 0 being large and 5000 being small.

    First of all, you double posted AND bumped nearly a week old thread. Secondly, the question was answered. Winzard answered the the question and provided a link.
