Crossbow Female Assassin

I'm creating an assassin mod, however, the problem is, having the female assassin shoot crossbow bolts.

Don't worry, I've already figured out the code for the body group, and FGD,so that in VHE, I can pre-determined which weapon they are configured to spawn.

Currently, I've them set to shoot AR grenades using:
CGrenade::ShootContact(pev, GetGunPosition(), m_vecTossVelocity);
But I foresee an issue ahead:

1. How do I slow it down? (Is it tied to the frame rate of the animation?)
2. Clip limit for both guns. Even it has cAmmoLoad--, it doesn't do anything.
