to this, you need a program to edit images like the voi sait below
for adding a sticker to a weapon you need to edit the texture
(And fix the sticker) if you want a any sticker, for example
in a part of weapon who have 3 textures to form the mesh
(These cs go "Optimized" models who have infinite amount of textures) need to "Cut" the sticker in parts who macht  in the textures you want the sticker to be

You must port "sticker preview" from cs:go..
    csgo/pak01_dir.vpk (Open with GCFScape)/models/sticker_preview
Ya.. And of course you must merge everything to one sequence.
I never tried it, but i think it works like this

"Example" it's not just edited ak47's texture.. It's completely better quality and i recommending this.

This tutorial helped me with porting, try it alone.

If you don't have cs:go.. Write me, i will send you files.

I think the way is porting from zero the weapon using the stickers decal models, is difficult to explain but with Blender, Milkshape 3D, Photoshop, CS:GO SDK, VTF Edit, Crowbar and patience you can do it for yourself, i'm not a expert but by myself i ported some guns and stickers and this is my result:

If you use the csgo sticker system the separate textures of stickers are more useful (obviously xd)

Paste converted sticker image in to model textures or create new submodel with transparent sticker texture.
