Help in fixing model textures

A Forum Thread for Counter-Strike 1.6

Hello, I've been working on a modified version of a valve model in 1.6
Converted texture to indexed bmp... 512x512... Vertices are okay... Everything seems to be in order.
However when I compile the model, it looks different that it looks in 3dsmax.

Anyone has an idea why this happens?...

    Uvs are broken, what decompiler and compiler are you using? Best results come with newest crowbar and doommusic's studiomdl
