Having problem with modding weps :(

Why am I getting this bug?

Ok so I've decided to add CT style sleeves on 3-4 weapons from the game and so far so good. I've successfully moded the aug, sg550, m4a1 and tmp weps. But when I try to do the same with the clarion i run into this bug where my weapon is turned 90 degrees left in my viewport when playing. It's only facing the proper direction (forward) in idle animation, for everything else it's left.

Sorry for no ingame pic, but it's the same in model viewer so you get the idea.
I moded all the weps in Blender v2.79b with Blender Source Tools v2.7.1 and decompiled/compiled models with Crowbar v0.34.0.0
Is the issue with crowbar? But why did it work fine for some of the weps and not for the others? 
Anything like that ever happened to others? How did you solve it?
