.MD3 model format. HOW?

How compile, and work with MD3 files? i didn't get how include anims and should i rig model reference to the bones.

    according to the 3rd Newton's law, Every action has a reaction with same power, gauge, but in the opposite direction.

    seems like, you did not know how to use Google, and search information for simple questions. LoL
