How to fix super wooble v_bob , on new compile ??

well , hello everyone , i wanna ask about this my new compile , well , as u guys know im modding css for a long time , and then im trying to mod another game such as this one HL2 , it tooks 4 hours to compile one weapon cuz its my first time , and i think it wasn't that hard , almost the same as i compiling cs source mod , so ... look at this video
see that pistol , its not modded weapon , and the bob seems normal , but my smg , looks so terrible , how can i fix it ??? 

please tell me if u know

    $Scale qc command should help you, just put it before smd and set it higher that 1 to get less sway, example:

    $ModelName "weapons/v_smg1.mdl"
    $Scale 1.5
    $BodyGroup "studio"
    studio "v_smg1_reference.smd"
    $SurfaceProp "default"
    $Contents "solid"
    $CDMaterials "models\Weapons\V_hand\"
    $CDMaterials "models\Weapons\V_smg1\"
