Activi$ion R&D reveals plan to pair poor players with pro players, specifically pro players with DLC weapons from supply drops.
Subliminally suggesting that if poor player has DLC weapon, then poor player will be better.
Thus encouraging poor player to purchase with $$ supply drops to increase chances of getting better weapons.
Activi$ion claims this is just R&D and has not been implemented.
Being a CoD player since the series inception, reading this really angers me. A game company possibly purposely skewing the lobbies... it's so antithetical to making a good game (enjoyable experience) it's laughable.
There have been problems and complaints about poor MP matching making in the past... but this...
They even have a patent on the whole system that was approved recently, I don't see any reason why the Devs would want to implement that matchmaking system, but I'm sure the higher ups desperately want to cash in on this horrible pay-to-win market.

we don't talk about activision, ubisoft or ea here
This puts massive stigma on the franchise. I was looking forward to WW2, but as soon as this was brought up I remembered how many hungry these companies are and just feel like I'm getting scammed by paying $60 for their product
