Connect two/more maps to each other

I wonder how to connect two/more maps to each other?
In CSCZDS(counter strike condition zero deleted scenes),A mission was made by several maps.(How?) :)

    Well the maps weren't really connected, they would load after a certain point. That's because it would be too big for Hammer. I've never tried doing any single player maps that switch, but I am sure that you can do this without the .fgd from cscz. It was possible in Half Life so it should be for 1.6 too.

    CS:CZ Deleted Scenes has singleplayer in it. So, it needs to have 2 entities in its code: info_landmark and game_transition or func_changelevel. I think that's how they're called :)

    I've done that a couple of times in my Half-Life mod, and you can do the same in CS:CZ-DS.

    Basically, 1 area, when entered, activates a map change.
    In a map, you don't need to have 1, you can have many.

    It was possible in Half Life so it should be for 1.6 too.
    In CS 1.6 that's impossible, I think. CS 1.6 is a multiplayer-only game, but I'd love to find out if it works, like in Sven Co-op.

    Edit:
    It's trigger_changelevel, not func_changelevel.
