your cs:s has too much objects,sprites,materials on screen and caused it to crash, I could be wrong tho. That's what I've read so far

or you're using too much high quality textures..

Hmm... Makes Sense, But this started to happen after i added couple of sounds from this MOD.. not Models and Textures MODs..

Any Points on Sounds?
