Street Fighter 3: Double Impact Lifebars fix - A Forum Thread for M.U.G.E.N.

I did this because there's not really a request area for MUGEN and sorry for making it in a thread instead of request. I was wondering if someone could fix the SF3: Double Impact Lifebars for Mugen 1.0 since they say they're for Mugen 1.0, but when I try them out I get this:

(The Ratio my MUGEN is at is 640 x 480). So if anyone could fix it to fit the entire screen that'd be cool. It can be found by looking up SF3: Second Impact Lifebars (GB's acting weird and won't let me post the link)
