I do not know how to mount these player models properly.

I have set up a prop hunt server with custom models for hunters and props. The Hunter models don't walk, they just float everywhere and they have their arms out. I know this just means I need to add some code but I don't know what code nor where to add it. The prop player model has a few issues. 1. Its half way in the group. It should float just above the group. 2. Its "face" is facing off to the left and not straight ahead. 3. It seems like its hitbox is way too large for the model. You take damage is they shoot above you, as if it was the normal player model. I do have a custom prop hunt game mode so it might make things more difficult, I'm not too sure. The link for the gamemode is:

If they're cutstom models then you've got to rig it to the apropriate skeleton and it need the apropriate animations.
    It's a shotgun, baby.
